🧾 FODI Terms of Service

Company: Saeheureum Inc. (“the Company”)
Article 1 (Purpose)
- These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to the use of all services provided by FODI (hereinafter, the “Company”), as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- “Service” refers to all services provided by the Company that users may access, regardless of the device used (including PCs, TVs, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless equipment).
- “User” refers to individual users, corporate users, and non-members who receive services provided by the Company.
- “Individual Member” refers to a person who provides personal information to the Company to register as a member and continuously receives information and uses the services provided by the Company.
- “Corporate Member” refers to a person who provides corporate and personal information to the Company to register as a member and continuously receives information and uses the services provided by the Company.
- “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the Company’s services without registering as a member.
- “ID” means a combination of letters or letters and numbers determined by the member and approved by the Company for identification and service use.
- “Password” means a combination of characters (including special characters) and numbers determined by the member for identity verification and confidentiality.
- “Paid Service” refers to any service provided by the Company for a fee.
- “Subscription Member” means a Member who is currently using a Paid Service on a subscription basis. The Company may differentiate the Services provided to Subscription Members from those provided to Members who are not Subscription Members.
- “Payment” means the act of the user selecting a payment method and entering financial information to use paid services provided by the Company.
